I’m Angie. And I’m still becoming.

I am an above-knee amputee, a mother and wife, a warrior in progress.

But more than anything, I’m someone who has learned-day by day-what it means to rebuild, to trust again, and to live life amplified exactly as I am.

This Didn’t Start the Way I Planned

My journey didn’t begin with strength. It began with uncertainty, loss, and moments that forced me to redefine everything I thought I knew about myself.

Becoming an amputee didn’t just change my body-it challenged my identity, my confidence, and my sense of control.

There were moments I didn’t have answers.
Moments where faith felt far away.

But somewhere in that space, something shifted.

I realized I wasn’t broken.

I was rebuilding.

And that rebuilding became the foundation for everything I’m creating today.

What I Have Built From That Journey

Today, I have created a space for others who are walking through their own version of rebuilding.

Through my podcast, movement, and my connection with horses, I help people reconnect with their strength-physically, emotionally, and mentally.

This isn’t about perfection.
It’s about progress.

It’s about showing up, even when it’s hard.

It’s about learning to trust yourself again.

Why This Is Different

This work isn’t built from theory.
It’s built from lived experience.

It is shaped by navigating life as an amputee, learning to trust my body again, and finding healing through movement and equine connection.

It is also shaped by the conversations we don’t always say out loud-the hard ones, the honest ones, the real ones.

This space exists so you don’t have to walk your journey alone.

If You’re Here…

If you are navigating change…
rebuilding your identity…
or learning to trust yourself again…

you’re in the right place.

You don’t have to have it all figured out.

You just have to take it to the next step.
